George Bateman Brewery - Wainfleet
The project scope within this English brewery, founded in 1874, was to provide trace heating to the following systems: 

• Stream 1 pipe line 15m, for Sodium Hydroxide - trace heating and lagging
• Stream 2 pipe line 6m, for Sodium Hydroxide - trace heating and lagging
• Stream 3 pipe line 20m, for nutrient - lagging only
• Soium hyroxide dosing cabinet pipework 3m - trace heating and lagging

ESH supplied and installed the trace heating system to maintain the above pipework at +10C.

Country Confectionery - Cornwall
Supplied type VCB constant wattage heating tape to this manufacturer of chocolate, fudge and toffee confectionery products.

Temple Moor High School - Leeds
Trace heated 380m of DHWS pipework to maintain a temperature of +55°C, with the facility to purge the DHWS to +65°C once a week via a control module. ESH supplied and installed the materials.

Sentrum - Woking
ESH were contracted to design, supply and install trace heating to provide frost protection to three buffer Vessels 10m x 1.2m Ø. This project required 165m of VC constant wattage heating tape.

Uniq Prepared Foods - Minsterley
ESH supplied and installed trace heating to temperature maintain sugar pipework at +20°C.

Queen Elizabeth Hospital - Edgbaston
For this project ESH supplied and installed trace heating to provide frost protection on 40m of copper pipework within Car Park D.

Chilcote WTW
Type FBTBOJ self limiting heating cable was used to trace heat approximately 64m of ABS pipe. The pipework was also thermal insulated by ESH, to provide full frost protection.

Burnley WWTW
ESH supplied and installed type VC constant wattage heating tape to provide frost protection to external pipework.

Sungard Control Centre - Woking
222m of external chilled water pipework was frost protected using type VC constant wattage heating cable. ESH supplied and installed materials.

Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre
To supply materials and labour to install and commission trace heating to provide frost protection to 148m of sprinkler system pipework, located in the loading bay area.

Royal Marsden Hospital
For the Institute of Cancer Research building, ESH supplied type ESRS self limiting heating tape.

KP Snacks - Rotherham 
Supplied this snack giant with our type SC constant wattage heating tape.

Ferrybridge Power Station - Knottingley
Designed and supplied 4 x large pump heating jackets 1.5KW 110v for a fuel oil system.

Stoke City General Hospital
The project scope was to supply and install trace heating to frost protect steel CHW pipework (Terrace area) and copper cooling water pipe (Linac area). The second part to this project saw ESH design, supply and install a leak detection system in the PL1 tank room (LVC system).

Airdale General Hospital - Keighley
ESH supplied and installed heating tape for a total of 60m of external CHW pipework, in order to frost protect the roof area.

Ikea -Southampton
For this new Ikea store ESH supplied and installed 240m of type VC constant wattage heating cable, to temperature maintain two runs of plastic 100mm NB pipework at +30°C.
