Broomfield Hospital - Chelmsford
367m of chilled water, BCWS and heating pipework was installed with trace heating to provide frost protection. Type FBT self regulating tape was supplied and installed.

Another project within the large site, this time ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system to maintain the internal caustic line at +40°C.

Carlisle WWTW 
Both the plastic and metal lime sludge pipework required frost protecting. ESH supplied and installed 200m of FBT self regulating trace heating tape to complete this project.

Supplied and installed 55m of VCBOJ constant wattage trace heating tape to temperature maintain the raw product pipework at +50°C.

The project scope for this new M&S store was to supply and install the following trace heating systems: 

  • Frost protect 71m of heating pipework
  • Frost protect 28m of mains cold, tank cold & cold water down pipework
  • Temperature maintain 20m of hot water pipework at +60°C

The Manchester central is an exhibition and conference centre converted from the former railway station. Here ESH supplied and installed trace heating to provide frost protection on external pipework, pumps and fittings.

Loreto Sixth Form College - Manchester 
504m of type H20WAT65 self regulating trace heating tape was supplied and installed to maintain the DHWS pipework at +55°C and enabling the system to be purged to +65°C. Also frost protection was provided to the roof mounted CHW & HTG pipework.

ESH provided both trace heating and thermal insulation to frost protect the de-sludge pump and its associated pipework. Type FBT self limiting tape was supplied and installed.
