SI Group UK - Wolverhampton
For this world leading chemical manufacturer ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect 1" CWS to the new emergency shower pipework in a Zone 1 Gas Group 11b Classification T3 Hazardous Area.

PZ Cousons - Salford
Trace heating was supplied and installed to provide frost protection to 12m of plastic pipework.

Stepan (UK) Ltd - Cheshire
Designed, supplied and installed trace heating to two runs of metal pipework, 114m in total, to maintain +70°C and to keep within T4 classification. 114m of SCBX constant wattage heating tape for hazardous area.

Rushmoor STW - Telford
58m of stainless steel pipework required frost protecting within this STW. ESH supplied and installed type FBT self limiting heating tape.

Asda Store - South Woodham
Before this new Asda store opened, ESH supplied and installed both trace heating and thermal insulation to provide frost protection to 80m of fire sprinkler pipework.

Stepan (UK) Ltd - Cheshire
100m of VCBOJ constant wattage trace heating cable was supplied and installed to maintain the 2" coconut oil pipe line & tank at +50°C.

Lincoln County Hospital
Supplied 100m of type ESRS self limiting tape to be installed within the junior doctors ward.

Terram Limited - Pontypool 
Trace heating and thermal insulation was supplied and installed onto the Thermex pipework to maintain a temperature of +20°C. 140m of VC constant wattage heating cable was supplied and installed.

ASDA Stores - Hinckley / Leyton

For the new Hinckley store ESH supplied and installed the Trace Heating and Thermal Insulation to frost protect 142m of sprinkler pipework. We also supplied 1100m of VC8/2 tape for the new Leyton ASDA.
