Designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to maintain the 50mm and 80mm Ø caustic pipework at a temperature of +20°C.
M&S Store - Witney
This M&S project required ESH to supply and install trace heating to provide frost protection to the MCW, BCW and hot water (flow & return) pipework.
The Generating Station - Monmouthshire
To supply and install temperature maintenance trace heating:
- Two runs of 25mm stainless steel pipe ewach approx 15m long,
- Five short extensions to previously installed trace heating, at burner pipe connections. All 21mm stainless steel pipe.
Cadburys - Sheffield
For this chocolate lovers dream project, ESH supplied and installed the trace heating system to temperature maintain the following glucose pipework at +55°C:
- 350m of 4" Ø pipework
- 250m 2.5" Ø pipework
- 100m of 2" Ø pipework
ASDA Supermarket - Ashford
Supplied this project with 400m of type VC constant wattage trace heating tape.
Montpelier High School - Plymouth
Supplied 62m of type H2OWAT55 self regulating heating tape to provide temperature maintenance.
M&S - Whitechapel St, Liverpool
For this M&S store ESH provided frost protection to the 6" chiller pipework on the roof area. 140m of FBT self regulating heating tape was supplied and installed to complete this project.
Chandlers Wharf Apartments - Liverpool
ESH were contracted to supply and install a trace heating system to the DHWS in order to maintain the pipework temperature at +55°C.
Airdale General Hospital
Frost protection of the CHW roof area pipework. Supplied and installed.
Port Talbot WTW
A trace heating system was supplied and installed for the frost protection of 4 condensate pots and 136m of pipework within a hazardous area.
Hugbridge Pumping Station
ESH designed, supplied and installed trace heating to maintain a large storage tank (2m Ø x 3m high) at 40°C using 4 x 400w 110v heater pads.
