The project scope was to design, supply materials and tools to install and commission trace heating to maintain the DHWS pipework at a temperature of +55°C, with the facility to purge the system to +65°C once a week via a control module. In total 400m of H2OWAT65 was supplied and installed.

To design and supply materials and labour to install both trace heating and thermal insulation to frost protect the metal sprinkler pipework within this new Boots store.

Unilever is the world's third largest consumer goods company. Within the Wirral site ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect the external diesel fuel line.
St Helen & St Katharine School
Within this leading independent day school for girls, ESH supplied and installed frost protection to the following pipework:
- 65m of CHW 2" pipe
- 70m of heating pipe
- 32m of small bore pipework run around coil
- 20m of small bore pipe on the roof
Temple Moor High School - Leeds
This project involved ESH supplying and installing frost protection trace heating to the HTG pipework on the roof area and to the sprinkler tank pipework.
Timothy Taylors Brewery - Keighley
For this regional brewery founded in 1858, ESH supplied and installed the trace heating system to provide frost protection to the 28mm and 35mm copper pipework.
Brady Ltd - Bristol
Trace heating of sodium hydroxide tanks. For this project ESH supplied and installed the trace heating system to maintain the two, 3 metre diameter x 6 metre long, mild steel vessels at +25°C in a minimum ambient temperature of -15°C.
Forbes Ltd - Kelso
Designed and supplied the materials to temperature maintain a tank (1.75m dia x 2.5m high).
North Chelmsford NHS Healthcare Centre
Supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect the sprinkler pipework.
Pocklington Industrial Estate - York
