PZ Cussons is a major manufacturer of personal healthcare products and consumer goods.Trace heating was supplied and installed to provide frost protection to 15m of steel pipework. 

Ipswich Hospital - Incinerator Plant
To supply and install trace heating to maintain the Limestone Hopper at +160°C in a minimum ambient temperature of 0°C.

Glaxosmithkline Effluent Plant - Maidenhead
ESH were contracted to design, supply materials and labour to install and commission 240v trace heating and thermal insulation to provide frost protection to 12 runs of plastic pipework in the Effluent Plant. 140m of type ESRSBOJ self limiting heat tape was required.

Roslin BioCentre Ltd - Midlothian
Roslin BioCentre is a world-leading ‘centre of excellence’ for life sciences. For this project ESH supplied and installed trace heating to provide frost protection to the following pipework: 

• Roof top CHW, BCWS and MCWS
• Roof void BCWS and MCWS

Bio Products Laboratory - Watford
The Bio Products Laboratory (BPL) is a company involved in the manufacture of human blood plasma products. The project here was to supply and install trace heating to maintain the caustic & vent pipework at +20°C in a minimum ambient temperature of -10°C.

Cricket Pavilion - Wootton
For this pavilion ESH supplied materials and labour to install and commission trace heating to temperature maintain flow pipework carry domestic hot water to douches.

Princes Dock - Liverpool

For this large scale project, ESH designed, supplied, installed and commissioned three ramp heating systems for the Princes Dock multi storey car park. Overall 700m of type FBTBOJ self limiting heating tape was required to complete the ramp heating systems.
